Katarzyna Latek is a lawyer at international law firm CMS, where she participates in cross-border transactions under English law and provides regulatory advice to financial institutions on Polish and EU capital markets. She obtained her master’s degree in law from the University of Gdańsk in 2024. She is now pursuing a master’s degree in French business law at the University of Poitiers. Her interests oscillate around financial law and new technologies in law from a comparative perspective. From 2025 she became a member of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Legal Studies and secured a position as a researcher in the project in NCN OPUS 24 research team.
