Moderator of the Polish-German Interdisciplinary Forum for Legal Research within the research project ‘Minor entrepreneurs in Poland and Germany. Two legal systems, three perspectives: economic law, labour law, and financial law’, funded by the Polish-German Foundation for Science and led by Hanna Wolska.
The project aims to support research on the legal aspects of business activity by minors under Polish and German law from three perspectives (economic law, labour law, and financial law). We aim to assess whether minors can effectively and independently conduct business activity in EU Member States. It will allow for formulating proposals de lege ferenda and de lege lata regarding public law solutions in business activities conducted by minors. We are planning, i.e., (1) a conference, (2) a series of interviews, (3) the launch of a scientific forum on the online platform of the University of Gdańsk’s Educational Portal, and (4) the publication of a book. All activities will nourish the exchange of knowledge and experience between Polish and German legal science representatives. They will also build long-lasting partnerships between the project partners.
